Henry Jones Art Hotel
The Vos family purchased the derelict waterfront building which was formerly the Henry Jones IXL jam factory and together with the original team which conceived the idea (Robert Morris-Nunn and Patrick Stanton) transformed it into the wonderful complex it is today.
The complexity involved in converting the rundown building into a landmark for Hobart provided the team with daily challenges in both structural and design issues that arose as the building works progressed.
This project is one of the most highly awarded projects in Australia. Awards have been made for virtually all disciplines of construction, fit-out and heritage restoration, at both state and national levels.
